could be your blood pressure or you might have got anemic - in both case meet your GP immediately. its simple checks which he would do to let you know all is healthy.

If ur not feeling right go and get it checked....I had allergic reaction with both boys and felt very strange and lost my balance and that was from eating salsa which I can eat fine usually. .. I would ring ur midwife dept today no harm in getting checked over x

I had dizzy spells and breathlessness it turned out to be anaemia, now on iron tablets and fel great

Thanks ladies. Had a midwife app last thurs and everything was ok.. however I think i found the problem!

I am taking pregnancy care plus vitamins which you are advised to take after your main mail on a full tummy! But recently i had been forgetting to take at dinner so changed to breakfast about a week ago and when i looked into it they say taking them at breakfast can cause nausea/sickness so change to lunch or dinner.. It was only affecting me in the morning before work.. straight after breakfast and the vitamins! oppps!

So far this morning I have been totally fine! Hoping this change makes a difference, if not ill be straight on the phone.. xxx
